Stamps.com, Endicia, Zazzle and Pitney Bowes were authorized to:
a) Market and sell customized postage
b) Ensure that images conformed to USPS standards
c) Generate, transmit and print the indicia barcodes
d) Fulfill customer orders

Xpress It Products was an affiliate of provider/printer, Endicia.
As such, they could market, sell and fulfill orders but were not authorized to approve imagery or to print approved postage evidencing system indicia.
Xpress It Products announced the first U.S. postage stamps featuring the cars and stars of
NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing)
officially licensed by the individual race teams and drivers.

The inaugural 39¢ releases featured:

#

  3
24
  9
48
                      Driver

Dale Earnhardt (car owned by Richard Childress)
Jeff Gordon
Kasey Kahne
Jimmie Johnson

Gordon was also the subject of the first 24¢ postcard rate stamp playing off his car number. Future releases were intended to be available in both 24 and 39 cent denominations in 3 styles (driver face shot, car photo and car number) featuring drivers #1, 2, 5, 11, 12, 20, 29, and 31.

Xpress It Products commissioned Calypso Studio (Los Angeles, CA) to design the stamps so that Endicia (Palo Alto, CA) could print them.

The 39 cent issues were available mint in sheets of 10 for $14.99 plus $4 shipping. At that time, Endicia PictureItPostage stamps cost $17.95 plus $4 shipping for two sheets of 10.

Xpress It Postage issues were also available cancelled on the release date on limited edition cachet #10 envelopes for $15.99 plus $4 shipping. Covers with Historic Premiere cachets received cancellations at the historic Ben Franklin Post Office in Philadelphia where Franklin served as the nation's first Postmaster General. Envelopes with Hometown Premiere cachets were cancelled at the driver's hometown or race shop post office. Non-cancelled cachets were also offered. All releases were available for only a limited time and some were produced in limited quantities. Special edition collectible gold-bordered stamps were also printed in restricted quantities and were sealed and encapsulated in collectible plastic slabs by Beckett Grading Services for preservation purposes.

Xpress It Products mounted their sheets on pieces of 6 1/4 x 9 1/2" white paper with small drops of removable rubber-type glue, which in turn were secured at the tops to heavy pieces of 8 1/2 x 11" cardboard and the entire three pieces were sealed in clear plastic. Xpress It Products intended to produce and release stamps of new drivers and cars every few weeks. It was also licensed with Major League Baseball and with the Professional Bull Riders Association. Stamps for both were planned in the coming weeks.

After providing this service for just over three months, Xpress It Postage as the 5th Customized Postage endeavor became the first to cease operations due to disputes between its three partners. Endicia made its last printing for this undertaking on November 13, 2006. The trademark, Xpress It Postage was abandoned on January 17, 2007.

On December 12, 2006 Stamps.com issued a series of Nascar PhotoStamps.
