Brief Background: On May 17, 2007 Stamps.com offered a new design option for their PhotoStamp program. This marked the start of their 4th market test for US personalized postage. With this new design option, fancy novelty framing templates were made available in various colors for their customers enhansing previous supplied standard frames. Either or both framing templates could be added to consumer's designs at no additional cost.
