Cul-de-sacs .................. Revised 05/23/2011

The Grassy Point Sailing Community is a blend of nature's wonders and man's talents combining tropical living, wildlife and flora along with boating. Our waterfront paradise is comprised of 178 properties and 7 cul-de-sacs (shown below), all of which offer their own individual style.

Each cul-de-sac offers an opportunity for creative landscaping to enhance the beauty and value of our community. It benefits all residents to establish our cul-de-sacs as beautiful landmarks.

The question is, "Who takes care of the cul-de-sacs?" The answer is, "Dedicated residents."

With Florida-friendly landscaping each cul-de-sac can be easily and inexpensively maintained year round. The University of Florida discusses low-maintenance plants which are environmemtally sustainable. The Charlotte County Extension Service discusses plants that conserve water, time, energy and money. Specialty ground covers can be used in lieu of grass that needs constant mowing.

JOIN US IN COMBINING MAN'S TALENTS WITH NATURE'S WONDERS!

David Smith is a Master Gardener and is willing to guide us in our beautification efforts. GPCIA will consider proposals from its residents and encourages volunteers who would like to join in improving the landscaping of our cul-de-sacs.
